My Journey
I’m a working mother and an Organizational Development and Learning Expert who has spent over twenty years fostering growth and learning across cultures.
After more than two decades in the United Nations System, I discovered the transformative power of dialogue, humility, and respect in creating meaningful human connection.
Five years ago, a life-threatening illness became a turning point, inviting me to pause, reflect, and reimagine my path with renewed clarity. Through that experience, I discovered the power of coaching to rebuild confidence, reconnect with purpose, and lead with authenticity.
That awakening led me to train with the Co-Active Training Institute in Dubai and become a certified coach, transforming my lifelong passion for growth into a space of trust, awareness, and transformation for others.
My Approach
For me, coaching is about creating a safe and supportive space, where awareness brings clarity, and clarity leads to meaningful action.
It’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your inner light, and rediscover your own strength and direction.
