Personalized coaching for your personal and professional growth.
Designed for executives, women, and emerging leaders who seek renewed confidence, clarity, and purpose in their leadership and life.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends…
Most clients choose between 6 and 10 sessions. This timeframe allows for both reflection and measurable progress. We’ll decide together what best supports your goals after the discovery call.
What is One-on-One Coaching?Definition
It’s a personalized process designed to help you gain clarity, confidence, and direction in your professional or personal life. Each session is a confidential space where we explore your goals, challenges, and potential together.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Everything you share remains private and confidential — it’s a safe and non-judgmental space dedicated entirely to your growth.
How long is each session and how are they held
Sessions last 60 minutes and are usually held online via Zoom. In-person sessions may be available in Italy or the UAE upon request.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is for you if you’re ready to make a change, seek clarity, or want to strengthen your leadership presence. You don’t need to have everything figured out — curiosity and openness are enough to start.
What languages do you offer coaching in?
Sessions can be held in English, Italian, or French.
Group & Peer Coaching

Designed for women leaders, managers, and young professionals who want to learn, reflect, and evolve alongside others on similar journeys.
What topics are covered in group sessions?
Themes often include leadership, confidence, emotional intelligence, values, communication, balance, and resilience — tailored to the group’s needs and goals.
What is group or peer coaching?
Group coaching is a facilitated space where participants learn and grow together through reflection, dialogue, and shared experiences. It blends the depth of individual coaching with the power of collective learning.
Who is group or peer coaching for?
Ideal for teams, women groups, managers, and youth groups who want to develop self-awareness, empathy, and leadership in a collaborative setting.
Is group coaching confidential?
Yes. Every participant commits to confidentiality and respect. Creating a safe and supportive space is fundamental to the process.
How many people are in each group?
Typically between 5 and 10 participants to ensure everyone has time to share, reflect, and receive personal insights.
How is peer coaching different from training or workshops?
Unlike training, peer coaching isn’t about teaching — it’s about facilitated dialogue and self-discovery. Each participant contributes and learns through real-life reflection and authentic exchange.
Organizational Development Workshops
Structured spaces for reflection, awareness, and meaningful growth.
Designed for teams who want to strengthen trust, collaboration, communication, and effectiveness.
How does it differ from executive coaching
While executive coaching focuses on individual leadership performance, organizational development training focus on learning — connecting the individual’s growth to the wider system and culture they operate in.
What is organizational development training?
It’s a learning process that helps leaders and teams understand how culture, communication, and dynamics influence performance and relationships — building awareness to reach results more effectively.
How long does a typical program last?
Usually, workshops are designed based on needs and customised to goals and context of the organization. Each journey is tailored to your organization’s rhythm and needs.
What are the main outcomes?
Greater emotional intelligence, improved collaboration, clearer communication, and stronger alignment between personal purpose and organizational mission.
Who is this type of training for?
Organizational development training can benefit anyone looking to develop leadership, enhance team performance, or successfully drive organizational change.
Can this be done with teams and individuals?
Sessions can be one-on-one for leaders or group-based to enhance awareness and collaboration across teams.
